ANNEX Builders, Inc. is a family-owned construction company founded by Amanda, Nicole and Nick Exarhos.

Nick Exarhos has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry specializing in preconstruction, estimating, and project management. His background with a top 300 ENR construction firm has helped him build strong relationships within the Southern California construction market.

Amanda Exarhos brings extensive experience in project accounting, as well as expertise in implementing and sourcing interior finishes.
